The engineer came out to check what was wrong and worked on fault finding. Within 2 days, the boiler was fixed on recommendation and we had hot water and working radiators!

    After a few scares in the past with hefty bills from contractors we decided after speaking to a friend, who used the Main2 maintenance package for heating, that we'd take the silver service. After 4 months, we had to make a call and they responded and identified that we had a faulty diaphragm. It was sourced and replaced that day! A far cry from the bills we've had in the past, too. Happy to recommend the team.

    After repeated false alarms on our security system, we called our engineers who were unwilling to fix our problem without selling us a whole new system. We contacted Main2 after seeing an advert in the local paper to see if they could help. We didn't have a service plan at that point but they sent someone out and they discovered that there was wire damage due to mice who had settled in our garage and took to gnawing on the cables. Main2 engineers replaced and reinstated new wiring, protected from the mice and the alarm problems disappeared. Brilliant service and they even recommended a pest controller for us.
